The evaluation was based on the indicators and policies of Iranian Scientific Information and Documentation Center (IRANDOC). These included document diversity, document request mechanisms, document delivery options, response time, payment options, costs, and copy right clearance. The findings were then processed statistically using SPSS. It was found that based on document diversity BLDSC, LHL and DocDeliver are the frontrunners. On the account of subject comprehensiveness, Doc Deliver, BLDSC, Infotrieve, Ingenta, ISI and UMI are at the same level. All ten sites studied covered basic sciences. BL is strong with respect to diversity of document delivery options, payment options and response time. ISI is most suitable when diversity in request options is required. Ingenta is suitable when diversity in payment options are required. NTIS is in the lead when special documents such as technical reports are required, while UMI is most suitable for Dissertations and rare books با توجه به اهمیت دسترسی به اطلاعات در برابر جمع‌آوری صرف آن، در تحقیق حاضر ده تارنمای (وب‌سایت) مهم خدمات تحویل مدرک در دنیا، که دارای بیشترین بسامد استنادی در راهنماهای درون‌خطی و منابع چاپی می‌باشند، شناسایی و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند تا ضمن ارزیابی، براساس شاخص‌ها و سیاست‌های پژوهشگاه اطلاعات و مدارک علمی ایران انتخاب و معرفی شوند. این مراکز براساس شاخص‌های مهمی مانند تنوع مدرک، حوزه موضوعی، شیوه‌های درخواست مدرک، شیوه‌های تحویل مدرک، زمان پاسخگویی، امکانات پرداخت، هزینه و حق مؤلف مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. نتایج با استفاده از جدول‌ها و نمودارها به روش آماری استخراج شده است. مهم‌ترین نتایج به دست آمده عبارتند از : براساس تنوع مدرک مراکز LHL, BL و Doc Deliverدر مرتبه اول قرار دارند. براساس جامعیت موضوعی مراکز UMI, ISI, Ingenta, Infotrieve, CISTI, BL, Doc Deliver در یک سطح قرار گرفته‌اند. هر ده تارنما موضوع علوم پایه را تحت پوشش قرار می‌دهند. براساس تنوع شیوه تحویل مدرک، تنوع هزینه پرداختی، تنوع در زمان پاسخگویی BL تنوع شیوه درخواست ISI تنوع در امکانات پرداخت Ingenta مناسب‌ترین انتخاب‌ها هستند. همچنین براساس نوع خاص مدارک مرکزNTIS برای گزارش‌های فنی، UMI برای کتاب‌های کمیاب و پایان‌نامه‌ها جزو مهم‌ترین مراکز قرار دارند. https://jipm.irandoc.ac.ir/article_698540_2ecb6a6006b0266bdbac3e82c27eb6b1.pdf
