Today usage of computer as a tool in information technology and clustering information is common, so we must note that information on the networks like Internet is in vast domain, and unstructured, so we need use an automated method to retrieve and cluster information. Because of vast domain of information on the network, it may be very hard for end user to build a refine query, so in many times it must be changed by an expert person on the domain knowledge. Intelligent Information Retrieval System, is a tool that understands concepts of the domain knowledge, document and queries. In many business systems, we have a page directory of clustered information, so one of applications of this directory is learning the neural network to refine the user queries. Goal of system is that, relevant queries have same response, so intelligent system will transform user query such that, matches with local and background knowledge of the collection.
