The basis of information community in depend on different activities, which are directly related to production, distribution and using of information different definition of information community has been presented by D. Bell, W. Martin and other sociologists, which are reviewed in this article. The main question about Iranian Information Community has emphasis on special structure, general software and in-service training for human resources. Therefore, the modern idea about information structure is based on the strategic plan of the Islamic of Republic of Iran. This article studies the different views of that society with regard to the vast range of resources.
