This research has been done with the objective of the studying personality necessary for information search experts. By applying traits theory and using scientific factor analysis, few traits were selected and measured. THE BIG FIVE FACTOR- MODEL was used as the basis of this research. According to this model, traits were divided into five the big factor: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability, and Culture, and about twenty scales. Base of this assumption personality questionnaire with 37 characteristics was distributed between 32 information search experts and 8 head library. The information collected and analysis by using of binominal. The fourteen of traits reject, and twenty three of them were confirmed by librarians.
