E-mail has come to occupy a special niche in our daily life as an important communication tool. Its Speed ease and relatively low cost has led to its adoption by many organizations and individuals including Libraries and information services. The present article engages in introducing tools such as discussion groups news groups and mailing lists using e-mail as means for information dissemination.
