Persian language databases encounter many problems which should be solved soon, other wise it cannot be controlled in future. Some of these problems which are discussed in this paper are as follows: 1- Different Persian equivalents for foreign terms. 2- Variety of transcriptions for names of persons, institution, chemichals, geographicl places, acronyms, abbreviations and so on. 3- Persian or thography which permit a word be written in various joint or divided forms. 4- Plenty of plural forms for a word. 5- Different kinds of writing for some Arabic words in Persian language.
