Ghadir Program-Libraries` Nationwide is one of the mechanism for resourse sharing and interlibrary cooperation. It provides users with direct access to libraries` resources without being their member. In the academic year 1999-2000, as the first year of its implementation, the program gave membership to 3839 persons, that borrowed 6528 books from libraries. This paper addresses the detail performance of this program on membership, services, and damages.
