The aim of this paper was to evaluate the relationship between six indexes of knowledge management and webometric Scale. The study population included all the members of department of selected-universities. Employing a classified random sampling, the data was collected through the distribution of a questionnaire among the 355 persons of the academic staffs of Tehran, Esfahan, Tarbyat Modares, Alzahra, Mazandaran, Guilan, Yazd, Araak and Razi universities. SPSS16.0 and LISREL8.5 were used for statistical analysis. The results of research showed that there were positive correlation between six indexes of knowledge management and webometric scale.
