This research analyzed 20 Iranian English medical scientific journals indexed in some elected creitable databases from 2001-2004/ 1380-1383. The results showed that from these 20 journals, only 5 ones having 687 articles were indexed in databases. Daru Journal was the first journal. The most of articles were indexed in EMBASE and none of journals were entered in PUBMED and WEB OF SCIENCE. Most percentage of articles was in the field of Pharmacology then Communicable Diseases and Pediatrics. And the articles with 3 authors were the most articles.
