Main concept of this paper is general looking at productiving as an inevitable factor for stable development of institute activities in growth & devedopment of national economy. This phenomena is considered and called as a criteria for improvement of economy. Looking at productivity in information science as a service, main contributing factor in productivity growth, simple definition of the problem, ways of indicating productivity and increase rate, measurement method and scales, customer satisfaction and their classification-internal & external customer needs and characteristics of input & outputs, factors affecting productivity measures & method of looking at productivity in different societies is given in this paper.
