In today's competitive world, knowledge and use of knowledge is a competitive advantage that it makes the administration more efficient and effective management of a true knowledge. Therefore, this study attempted to collect and identify the factors influencing knowledge sharing.
In the present study in terms of purpose and using grounded theory methodology classified in nine categories including cultural, leadership, social, personal, business, motivational, organizational, technological, competitive and well. In this paper, fuzzy Dematel method for identifying and investigating the interaction between the criteria used for grading components ISM approach.
The results show that components of culture as a social and technological factors as mainly Most influential and knowledge sharing are factors before any activity in knowledge management, investment culture should be discussed, as well as factors other than cultural factors such as leadership and management, interpersonal, motivational and other factors affecting job or are due for knowledge sharingprocess.
